These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of motorcyclemechanicscourse.online, including all course pages, checkout pages, memberships, videos, lessons, quizzes, certificates, downloads, communities, support channels, and related digital products offered by Motorcycle Mechanics Course, operated as part of Example Online Training Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Platform”). By visiting the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a course, accessing course content, downloading materials, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

The Platform provides online educational content about motorcycle mechanics, scooter mechanics, vehicle systems, workshop concepts, maintenance theory, diagnostics, safety awareness, and related subjects. The content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for manufacturer service manuals, qualified professional supervision, certified technical training, regulated apprenticeship programs, local safety rules, professional inspection, or hands-on instruction from a licensed or qualified mechanic.

Motorcycle repair, electrical diagnostics, fuel systems, brakes, suspension, engine work, lifting operations, road testing, batteries, high-temperature parts, fluids, and tools can create serious risks, including injury, death, fire, property damage, environmental harm, and vehicle failure. You are solely responsible for deciding whether you are competent, equipped, legally permitted, and safely able to perform any task.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and contact information; keep your login credentials confidential; use the Platform only for lawful purposes; and notify us promptly of unauthorized account access. You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our proven negligence or unlawful conduct.

3. Purchases, Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices, currencies, promotions, coupons, course bundles, membership terms, and checkout options may change at any time before purchase. The current store currency is configured as USD, but your payment provider may apply conversion rates, bank charges, taxes, or foreign transaction fees. You are responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, and charges applicable to your purchase unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store full card numbers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the payment processor to charge the applicable amount. We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, technically erroneous, abusive, or contrary to these Terms.

4. Digital Access and Delivery

Courses and digital materials are delivered electronically through account access, membership dashboards, email links, downloads, embedded media, or other online mechanisms. Access usually begins after successful payment, account creation, or registration, but delays may occur due to payment review, fraud checks, technical issues, incorrect email details, plugin problems, or maintenance. You must ensure that your device, internet connection, browser, email account, and software can access online course content.

5. License to Use Course Materials

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and full payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course content for your own individual educational use. This license does not transfer ownership of any course, video, text, image, lesson, quiz, certificate template, workbook, download, software, design, brand, or other intellectual property.

You must not copy, reproduce, publish, sell, resell, sublicense, rent, share, lend, upload, stream, record, scrape, distribute, translate, modify, create derivative works from, train AI systems on, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written permission. Account sharing, credential sharing, group access through a single user account, downloading videos through unauthorized tools, bypassing access controls, or posting course materials in forums, groups, marketplaces, file-sharing services, or social platforms is strictly prohibited.

6. Course Updates, Availability, and Changes

We may add, remove, reorganize, update, replace, correct, or discontinue lessons, modules, quizzes, certificates, downloadable materials, bonuses, promotional pages, instructors, software features, plugins, or third-party embeds. We may do this to improve quality, correct errors, address safety concerns, comply with law, remove outdated information, or change the business model. Unless a purchase page expressly promises a specific fixed access duration, access terms may vary by product, plan, membership, promotion, or technical availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, permanent, or identical access to every feature. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, hosting issues, security incidents, payment provider issues, plugin conflicts, content migration, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Educational and Safety Limitations

You understand and agree that motorcycle mechanics training involves practical judgment, local regulation, workshop safety, appropriate tools, manufacturer specifications, torque settings, fluids, electrical precautions, diagnostic equipment, and inspection standards that cannot be fully guaranteed through online content. Course content may simplify, generalize, or demonstrate concepts and may not match your specific motorcycle, scooter, model year, jurisdiction, tool set, skill level, or workshop conditions.

Before performing any repair, inspection, modification, or maintenance task, you must consult the official service manual and safety documentation for the specific vehicle, use appropriate personal protective equipment, comply with laws and environmental rules, disconnect power sources when required, support vehicles safely, avoid fire and toxic exposure risks, and seek qualified professional help when unsure. You must not rely on the Platform for emergency, safety-critical, roadworthiness, racing, warranty, or legal compliance decisions.

8. No Professional Certification, Employment, or Earnings Guarantee

Unless expressly stated in a product description, our courses do not create a government license, professional qualification, accredited diploma, apprenticeship credential, employment authorization, insurance approval, roadworthiness certification, or manufacturer certification. Certificates of completion, if provided, indicate completion of Platform materials only. We do not guarantee that you will become a professional mechanic, obtain employment, start a profitable business, pass an external exam, satisfy employer requirements, or achieve any specific income or result.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, post dangerous or misleading repair instructions, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape content, overload servers, impersonate others, manipulate reviews, commit payment fraud, abuse refunds, share credentials, or use the Platform in a manner that harms us, other users, instructors, payment providers, or the public. We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations, security risks, chargeback abuse, infringement, unlawful activity, or conduct inconsistent with the safety and integrity of the Platform.

10. User Content, Reviews, and Submissions

If you submit comments, reviews, testimonials, forum posts, questions, messages, images, assignments, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, edit for formatting, and use that content for operating, improving, supporting, and promoting the Platform, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You represent that your submissions are accurate, lawful, non-confidential, and do not infringe third-party rights. We may remove or decline content at our discretion.

11. Refunds, Cancellations, Chargebacks, and Digital Content Rights

Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund Policy and Returns & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. Digital course access may begin immediately after purchase. Where permitted by law, by requesting or accepting immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights may be limited, reduced, or lost once performance begins or once digital content is made available. Nothing in our policies excludes mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us where reasonable, we may suspend the related account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks, unauthorized sharing after refund, or continued use after refund may result in termination and further action.

12. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, course structure, lesson text, videos, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface designs, downloads, quizzes, certificates, funnels, code, and compilations are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade secret, and other laws. You may not remove copyright notices, misrepresent ownership, use our brand in a misleading way, or register similar domains, social accounts, marks, or ads that imply affiliation.

13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use or link to third-party services including payment processors, email services, analytics providers, advertising platforms, video hosts, social networks, learning plugins, support tools, and embedded resources. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party downtime, billing errors, privacy practices, platform rules, content removals, or technical failures, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, compatibility, safety outcome, workshop suitability, employment result, certification value, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some limitations may not apply to you.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost revenue; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; vehicle damage; personal injury arising from your independent workshop activity; third-party claims; or costs of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Platform or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by proven negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our owners, team members, instructors, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, unlawful conduct, unsafe workshop activity, unauthorized sharing, user content, payment fraud, or breach of representations.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, abused refund or payment systems, shared credentials, infringed intellectual property, harassed users, manipulated reviews, or used the Platform unlawfully. Termination does not waive amounts owed, rights accrued, intellectual-property restrictions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute terms, or provisions intended to survive termination.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to apply globally to the fullest lawful extent. The governing law and forum may depend on mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country. Where no mandatory rule requires otherwise, disputes will be handled under the laws and competent courts connected with the operator’s principal business location or another lawful forum designated by the operator. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@example-motorcycle-course.test and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally, unless urgent legal relief is required.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted, unless a later effective date is stated. Material changes may be communicated by email, account notice, checkout notice, or website notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
