Access & Usage Policy
Last updated: April 26, 2026
This Access & Usage Policy governs how students, customers, members, instructors, affiliates, and visitors may access and use courses, downloads, accounts, communities, quizzes, certificates, and related materials on motorcyclemechanicscourse.online. It is part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Personal Account Use Only
Course access is licensed to the individual account holder who purchased or was granted access. Unless a written business, classroom, school, workshop, or team license expressly says otherwise, one account may be used by one person only. Sharing usernames, passwords, course links, download files, private videos, certificates, or protected pages with friends, employees, clients, social groups, forums, file-sharing services, or other users is prohibited.
2. Prohibited Access Methods
You must not bypass, disable, overload, or interfere with access controls, paywalls, license checks, video restrictions, course locks, membership rules, download limits, DRM-style controls, quiz restrictions, certificate rules, or security measures. You must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, automated downloaders, credential-stuffing tools, proxy abuse, shared VPN abuse, browser automation, or reverse engineering to access, copy, index, or extract Platform content.
3. Downloads and Offline Materials
If a course includes downloadable materials, worksheets, PDFs, images, checklists, or reference files, you may use them for your own personal learning. You may not redistribute them, upload them elsewhere, include them in your own courses, sell them, translate them for distribution, use them as lead magnets, train AI models on them, print them for resale, or remove copyright or brand notices.
4. Video and Lesson Content
You may not record, screen-capture, rip, download, mirror, livestream, restream, embed, publicly display, or commercially use course videos unless the relevant product expressly allows it. Temporary buffering or ordinary browser caching that occurs as part of normal viewing is allowed. Unauthorized extraction or distribution of video files is a serious violation of this Policy.
5. Certificates and Course Progress
Certificates, badges, quiz scores, and progress records are personal to the account holder. You must not falsify course completion, impersonate another student, sell certificates, alter certificates, create fake certificates, use a certificate to imply a license or accreditation not expressly granted, or submit another person’s work as your own. We may revoke certificates where access was refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently, shared, or used in violation of the Terms.
6. Community, Comments, and Support Areas
If the Platform provides comments, forums, student dashboards, reviews, support forms, instructor messages, or community features, you must use them respectfully and lawfully. You must not post harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, illegal content, dangerous instructions, malware, confidential information, personal data of third parties, vehicle owner information, copyrighted manuals you do not have rights to share, or advice that could foreseeably cause unsafe repairs.
7. Workshop Safety and Responsible Use
You may use the Platform only as an educational reference. You must not treat course access as permission to perform regulated, dangerous, warranty-sensitive, roadworthiness, racing, electrical, fuel, brake, suspension, airbag, battery, high-voltage, or safety-critical work without proper competence, tools, supervision, manufacturer information, and legal authorization. If you share experiences or questions, you must not encourage unsafe shortcuts or bypass safety systems.
8. Security Monitoring and Enforcement
We may monitor access patterns, IP addresses, login attempts, device signals, download activity, account sharing indicators, course progress anomalies, payment disputes, and security events to protect the Platform and enforce this Policy. If we reasonably suspect misuse, we may require password resets, limit downloads, suspend sessions, block IP addresses, revoke access, cancel accounts, remove content, refuse support, or take further action.
9. Fair Use of Support
Customer support is provided for account access, checkout, technical issues, and general course-related questions. Support does not include unlimited one-to-one mechanical consulting, emergency repair guidance, diagnosis of your specific vehicle, legal advice, warranty advice, insurance advice, business coaching, or professional supervision. We may limit or refuse support that is abusive, excessive, unsafe, outside course scope, or unrelated to the Platform.
10. Business, School, and Workshop Use
If a repair shop, school, training center, employer, agency, reseller, or organization wants to use the course for multiple people, public instruction, employee training, client education, or commercial programs, it must obtain written authorization or an appropriate license. Individual consumer access does not allow classroom projection, group viewing, internal LMS uploads, employee-wide distribution, or resale.
11. Consequences of Violation
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, termination without refund, certificate revocation, payment dispute evidence submission, blocking of future purchases, legal notices, takedown requests, or claims for damages and enforcement costs where permitted by law. Serious violations, including piracy, credential resale, fraud, or security attacks, may be reported to payment processors, hosting providers, platforms, or authorities.
