This Copyright Notice & DMCA Policy explains how motorcyclemechanicscourse.online protects its own intellectual property and responds to alleged infringement involving course materials, student submissions, comments, reviews, images, videos, downloads, and other content.

1. Our Intellectual Property

All original materials on the Platform, including course videos, lesson text, images, graphics, checklists, PDFs, worksheets, quizzes, certificate designs, page layouts, funnels, downloads, logos, trademarks, trade names, software configurations, and compilations, are owned by us or our licensors unless otherwise stated. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, database, trade secret, and other intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited personal license to access course content for your own education. It does not give you ownership or permission to copy, redistribute, resell, upload, translate, modify, record, scrape, mirror, publish, train AI systems on, or commercially exploit Platform content.

2. Prohibited Infringement and Piracy

You must not share protected course content in Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, social media, forums, file-sharing sites, cloud folders, marketplaces, torrent networks, competing courses, workshops, schools, or internal business systems without written permission. 3. User Content
