PZ19, PZ26, PZ27 or PZ30 carburetor bogging: clean jets first
If a PZ30, PZ27, PZ26 or PZ19 starts badly, burbles at idle or bogs when the throttle opens, I would not replace the carburetor immediately. Small dirt in the pilot jet can make the whole setup feel wrong.
Checks I would do first: pilot jet, main jet, needle, float height, fuel filter, intake boot cracks, bowl gasket, O-rings and a basic mixture screw setting.

Thomas here. Clean and verify before changing jets. Use the correct size tool, do not drill jets, and do not force wire through anything delicate. After cleaning, set a known baseline, check for intake leaks and test warm. If it still hesitates, then make one jetting change at a time.
A basic cleaning kit like this can help with small passages: carburetor cleaning kit and jet tools. Affiliate note: this is an affiliate link; any careful carb cleaning kit is fine. Technique matters more than the brand.
Fresh fuel first too. Old fuel can make a clean carb look guilty.
Do not poke jets with random steel wire from the drawer. That is how a five-minute clean becomes a mystery novel.
I will clean pilot and main jets, check float height and inspect the intake boot before ordering parts.
