Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for digital courses, memberships, bundles, downloads, certificates, and related online education products sold through motorcyclemechanicscourse.online. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read together with our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Refund Principle

Our goal is to be fair to genuine students while protecting the Platform from misuse, unauthorized copying, account sharing, fraudulent chargebacks, and abuse of digital access. Because courses can be accessed immediately and consumed digitally, refunds are not automatic after access has begun unless required by law, expressly promised on the product page, or approved by us after review.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

We may consider a refund request where one or more of the following applies:

  • you were charged more than once for the same product because of a technical checkout error;
  • you purchased the wrong course and promptly contacted us before using the content;
  • you did not receive access due to a technical fault that we cannot reasonably resolve after you provide the necessary information;
  • the product description contained a material error that significantly affected the purchase decision;
  • mandatory consumer law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived;
  • we expressly advertised a written money-back guarantee for the specific product and you satisfy its conditions.

3. When Refunds May Be Refused

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we may refuse a refund where:

  • you accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or substantially used the course materials;
  • you completed lessons, quizzes, certificates, or downloaded bonuses before requesting a refund;
  • you request a refund because you changed your mind after receiving digital access, where no mandatory right applies;
  • you expected a professional license, job, income, certification, repair result, or business outcome that was not expressly guaranteed;
  • you cannot access the course because of your own device, browser, email, internet, password, or local software issue and reasonable troubleshooting is available;
  • you violated our Terms, shared credentials, redistributed materials, copied content, abused accounts, or engaged in fraudulent activity;
  • you missed a promotional price, coupon, or deadline;
  • the request is made after the applicable guarantee, cooling-off, or review period has expired;
  • the order is subject to chargeback, payment dispute, fraud review, or payment reversal.

4. Digital Content and Consumer Withdrawal Rules

Where applicable law grants a cooling-off or withdrawal right, digital content rules may limit that right once immediate access begins. If you request or accept immediate digital access, stream lessons, download materials, open protected course areas, or otherwise begin performance, you may lose or reduce the right to cancel and receive a refund where the law allows. We will not use this Policy to remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email legal@example-motorcycle-course.test. Include your name, account email, order number, purchase date, course name, payment method, reason for the request, screenshots or error messages if relevant, and confirmation of whether you accessed or downloaded the content. We may ask follow-up questions to verify the order, diagnose access issues, check usage records, or comply with payment processor rules.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We review requests based on the product terms, account activity, access logs, payment status, applicable law, and the facts provided.

6. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds are usually returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on banks, card networks, payment processors, fraud checks, currency conversions, and holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks. Refunds may exclude non-refundable processor fees, currency conversion differences, bank fees, taxes already remitted, or third-party charges where permitted by law.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to the related course and provide evidence to the payment processor, including order records, access logs, account details, IP information, email correspondence, checkout terms, refund policy, and proof of digital delivery. Filing a chargeback after using or copying digital content may be treated as abuse. We reserve all rights to protect the Platform against fraudulent or bad-faith disputes.

8. Installments, Payment Plans, and Subscriptions

If a course is sold through installments, payment plans, subscriptions, memberships, or recurring billing, failure to pay future installments may result in suspended access. Cancellation of future billing does not automatically refund previous payments. Refund eligibility for recurring products depends on the specific plan terms, access history, renewal timing, and mandatory law.

9. Bonuses, Bundles, and Certificates

If a refund is approved for a bundle, membership, or course with bonuses, we may remove access to all related components, including lessons, certificates, downloads, communities, special offers, and bonus modules. Certificates issued for refunded products may be revoked or marked invalid. If only part of a bundle is refunded, we may recalculate the retained product price using standard pricing rather than promotional bundle pricing.

10. No Refund for Unsafe or Improper Use

Refunds will not be granted because a student attempted a mechanical procedure without proper tools, supervision, manufacturer information, legal authorization, or safety precautions and then experienced a poor outcome. The Platform is educational only. Practical mechanical work is your responsibility and must be performed safely, lawfully, and with qualified assistance where necessary.
